PLEASE HELP ME for ordering new USD Card. My earlier USD card is blocked.

Hi,

1. My card is blocked by Payoneer.

2. I need to order new card.

3. My card is USD card.

4. While I logged in to my Account to order a new card, there is no option of choosing USD on currency drop down menu and there is only GBP and EUR.

5. I emailed to customer care and Mr. Eric replied me asking my date of birth, customer ID and confirm shipping address which I replied him with all the details, so that he can order new card for me as like before.

6. I replied to Mr. Eric on 18th May, Monday and I am waiting from 3 days to receive the reply from customer care but still there is no response.
(My apology if it takes more response time then earlier due to pandemic. I am completely fine with the delay, however I must be assured that it will be done by this date.)
[If I get the reply mentioning that, "your request is noted and will be done by so n so date, no matter even it is one week / two week later, then I am completely fine with this]

7. My card is to be shipped using expedite shipping via DHL and we have clear understanding regarding this with Mr. Eric

8. I tried to connect to your live CHAT even after waiting for 3 hours but when I am in queue number 1, it says no representative available instead email request.

9. PLEASE PLEASE respond.

    Hi,

    Today 23rd May 2020 I received the email reply dated 22nd May from Nicole (Customer Care Team) regarding the issue. She has assured me that she will take care of me for ordering USD card on my behalf and ship via DHL.
    I have to provide my government issued ID, confirmation on shipping address and my date of birth in US format.

    Thank you so much Nicole for your help and support. After getting Nicole's reply, I am much relieved now.
