Fiverr doesn't show up the log in form

Hi,

I used send message but only I have is auto replies, and any of them help me with my current issue.

I have an account on fiverr and I have tried to affiliate my Payoneer account, but I haven't been able to achieve it.

When I was on the first screen after recievied the email I don't see any button or link to log in with my account, so a click on "Get started" and it takes me to a page where it said "It looks like you've already submitted your Payoneer application.
Please contact our Customer Support department for more details".

I think the page is trying to register a new account on Payoneer, but I already have one, also I noticed the link you have on "Customer Support department" it's broken because when a I click on it, it opens a new tab with 403 forbidden error.

Please check this as well.
