Need to change my USD receiving account

Hello community,

i want to clarify my previous question about filling a request in Payoneer help. Already sent 3 requests to support, but I only receive an automatic reply and none of them appear in "My requests". Maybe anyone from support can help me with a request #200517-015909? Briefly about the problem: I tried to link current USD account to PayPal to make a withdrawal, but PayPal refused to link that account. As I know, Payoneer offers a solution in such case so I wanted to ask for help.
