My bank account says "Action Required"

Hi, I made my Payoneer account. But it says "Action Required" on my bank account.
I was sent to Payoneer an attachments for approval my bank account from 10 days and i haven't get any reply from Payoneer with approval message or decline !
Please solve my problem and review my bank account because it takes a long time till now !

    I closed my account and my payoneer prepaid card for create a new account with new information and with new bank account
