im new here, it shows "account blocked contact us" is that normal ?

After registration i cain't access to my newly registred account !!
And when i attempt to log in an error message appear saying that: "account blocked contact us "
Ive got an email said that "we cain't approuve your request at this time"
Please help me i have contacted customer support , and no reply yet since 6 days
