Payoneer declined and cancelled funds transfer
Hello. On May 20th, after using "request payment" method, funds were under review for 6 days, then after contacting live support and being told funds will be transferred asap, i have received an email which said: "Unfortunately, based on the information provided, your business does not currently meet the eligibility criteria required to use Payoneer to send payment requests or receive payments initiated by clients." even though we already received a transfer from the same person (in Canada). Any explanation please? I used the same information about the company where i work and what i do. Thank you.
