I'm working on italki as a tutor and have been using payoneer for the past three years with no problems at all. I've recently withdrawn money from italki to my payoneer account and it's still pending for the past three days and this has never happened before. I got an email from payoneer asking me to submit some documents for verification and I did add my driving licence but it was not accepted (I still don't know the reason) so I submitted another document which is my ID card but I'm still waiting for a response...I live in the Palestinian territories/Israel, I don't know if this has something to do with the probelm. I'd signed up for a payoneer account before the policy changed and I've been using it for my online work because I have no other choice... I've contacted the support team but they're taking ages to respond and I need the money urgently...What should I do?
