I can't log in to my account with correct ID and password

Hi, I've been trying to log in to my account for about a week, without success. After entering my email and password (correct), a second verification step appears: sending the code received to the phone. But I DO NOT RECEIVE ANY CODE ON THE PHONE and a message appears telling me that NO messages are sent to my country phone code (Romania). The conclusion is although I fill the correct password, I CAN'T LOG IN AND I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT! I have already sent several notifications to Payoneer, but without any answer ! Please do something to be able to access my account !!! Thanks!

    Same problem. I just finished setting a new account and by the time I had to log in, I can't. My account's been blocked multiple time and I tried again after 30 mins, clicking 'forgot password' but then the recovery phone number provided was wrong as the last digits were shown. It seemed like a number that's not in my country since it only has 10 digits (we have 11 here). Also, when I clicked 'reset by mail', I didn't receive any on my registred payoneer email. What could be the problem? Please help.
