Can't send money from paypal to Payooner.

I have recently linked my paypal account to the payooner Bank. I've sent 5 dollars from paypal to payooner as a test deposit. 7 days later my money got back to my paypal account as a "refunded". I don't know what could be wrong both sides says nothing or any particular reason why this is happening.

btw, I could add my century bank account with no problem.

can someone please help?

You will need to reach out to PayPal as to why your payment went back to them. We do not have this information, as the payment never arrived into our systems.
