Documents Approval Inquiry

Payoneer asked me to send a document to solve a problem that I have with my account. I sent it on May 11th and its still on "submitted", not "approved." What can I do? The live chat option doesn't show up anymore, I've trying to solve my problem for more than a month already. I've been patient enough, please tell me what else should I do.
