Exact amount earned ($ to €)?

Hi,

Before withdrawing money using Payoneer, I would like to know exactly how much it's going to cost me and how much I'm going to actually get. If I receive 5000$ and transfer the money to a bank account in euro, how much exactly am I going to earn in euro?

Why do I have to pay fees to receive money in dollars and then AGAIN to transfer money to my local bank account?
