Balance pending

Hi , I thought Payoneer is the best service, but recently I am having a problem with them. I have received the mail of account approval once, and they sent me second mail saying that now you can receive your money.
But, when I transferred my funds to Payoneer, it is still showing pending balance from 5 days. I don't the reason.
The question is if they need some extra information then why they are not sending a single mail? Despite being approved, it makes us worried regarding the pending balance for more than 5 days.
It is requested to resolve my issue. Thank you so much!

Your payment is pending verification of an ID. Any documents submitted are being reviewed at the current state. Kindly wait 3 to 5 business days for an update. There should be an update via email very soon.
