Help to enable 'Withdraw from USD' option

Hi, I am trying to make a withdrawal to my local back but my USD account is not available. All other currencies are enabled except the USD one. I have a working and activated card as well as an approved withdrawal account.

I have followed instructions from the discussion

but like I said, my USD balance is not available only EUR and GBP.

Please help.

    Please be advised that your partner (company) does not allow you to withdraw in USD to a local bank in your country.
