Problem with verification - SEND button not working

I'm strugling for days to pass the verification.
I sent my ID few days ago (still pending)?!
And I'm required to fill Business Details Questionnaire.
No problem - I fill every field without error, click on SEND, and... NOTHING HAPPENS!
SEND button is not working.

I've tried it on different browsers and devices.
Also on Android app.
Always the same problem with that SEND button.

What is the problem?
