Error Linking Payoneer to FIverr

Good day,

I created my new Payoneer account some hours ago and was approved.
Now I want to link it to my Fiverr, and I'm gettting these errors

I got this when I used the Fiverr Revenue Card Option

Oops! It looks like you’ve already submitted your Payoneer application.
If you did not receive your card, or are unable to access your account, please contact our Customer Support department.

I got this when I used the Bank Transfer option

We are unable to change your payment method at this time. For further assistance please contact us.

Please how can I rectify this issue
