Account verifiacation stuck - Please help

Hey, I submitted by National ID for account verification on Sep 2019. However, the status to that is still "Submitted" instead of "Verified". Because of this I hadn't made any transaction or deposited into the account since I suspect it will be rejected. Kindly let me know what should I do to fix this and start using Payoneer.
