Bank withdrawal initiated on 22nd May, is still pending. Email and Chat Support Is Not Helpful

I have been a Payoneer's customer for past 8 years or more. It used to be great and Bank Withdrawals have always been very swift within 2 hours.

Lately, for past 6 to 8 months, there are significant delays in the withdrawal process. Almost all payments I withdraw these days are around 7 to 15 days late.

The transaction shows as completed in Payoneer, however, the amount is still not received in the bank.

When email support is reached, they only send automated responses. The Live Chat is not helpful either, they used to be good and check everything in detail, however, for now, they just don't bother much.

The last payment I had withdrawn was on 22nd May 2020, which has not been received to date.

This unprofessional behavior will force me and many others to move to some better payment gateway if the situation did not improve.

The local groups of Facebook which are so-called to be official ones, do not bother to provide support at all.

Hoping some official representative will get back to me and solve my and many other's problems. Since it is not only me, rather many other Pakistani freelancers, who are facing the same delayed payment issues for a long time.
