Approval of Account

Hello Payoneer Support,

My account is under review for about a month now and I have received NO e-mail as to what are the requirements I need to fulfill to get my account approved.

My Account Status shows: "Action required
We need additional information to approve this account. Check your e-mail.
* Allow up to 3 business days for review."

Again I have received NO email from Payoneer regarding the required "additional information". Please look into my account, fix this issue, or maybe send me an email so I may get notified about Payoneer's requirements to approve my account.

I hope you will seriously look into this matter as my payments are already being delayed due to this unresolvable issue pending since the beginning of May. Your timely response and prompt assistance shall be appreciated.

    Same problem is with me i also created my payoneer a month ago and have'nt approved yet and never got any email from payoneer except the email confirmation message.

Every day i check my payoneer account to see if i got my global payment service bank accounts or not but their is nothing . What the hell is this doing payoneer.??????

    In order to review the account approval, please send us in this link: https://payoneer.custhelp.com/app/ask/l_id/1 an email with:

    1 - A picture of your ID. Acceptable forms of ID include a driver's license, passport, or national ID. All four corners of the document should be visible and the image should be full size. Documents that are difficult to read can cause further delays, so please send enlarge and lighten pictures

    Once you submit the information, send the reference number via private message to follow up.

    Hi @syedamir. Please note that you can't have more than one active Payoneer account under your name.
