Pending Transaction

I had a payment come through from a client that previously made payment to my account. It’s been over a week and payment is still pending after I have send them the proof they requested. The online live chat says it’s unavailable due to large volumes. The service on this account is very poor. Any idea when this will be resolved?

    4 Days the payment that I made is under some UNBELIEVABLE REVIEW !!! I was waiting to chat with the Payoneer customer support ONE HOUR ! When I was first in the queue THEY JUST DISCONNECTED ME !!! This is service for business !? Are you sure??? Serious !?? THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE !!!

    Please i had a payment since 21st of may and with all documents that I sent already payooner would still go on asking for more .... now I see they have a poor service and I just want the pending transaction refunded ....what can I do I am tired already because it takes them more thank forever to even reply
