My bank account not verified

Hi, my name is Sha Muhammed . I registered on Payoneer 5 days ago(27/05/2020). I submitted all the required information and additional information for my bank account name verification. Payoneer says that it takes only to verify account. But in my case it's been 5 days and I am still waiting for their mail. My application status is not showing approved or declined , It shows only submitted. I am totally messed up with this issue. I am facing difficulty in withdrawing my funds. I thought that Payoneer is a trusted and reliable platform. Please help me to solve this issue.

    Hopefully, your issue can get fixed since it wasn't fixed for me.
    I have made my account a month ago and I didn't even receive one email asking for verification information.

    You should try contacting support but it didn't work for me either as I have contacted them about 8 times during the month and haven't received a single reply.

    It might seem weird but it looks like Payoneer is totally unavailable right now may be due to the COVID-19 problem.

    Your account is still pending approval by our department. It is still under review. This can take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days to be reviewed. This excludes Saturdays and Sundays. Kindly wait for an update via email.
