Any way to contact customer support?

Hello. I want to make changes to my account, but I can not reach the customer support and send the necessary info to them. What I do is send the inquiry via the "Contact us" form, get an automatic reply to my email, reply to it, and then get a message "Please be advised that your recent reply has not been received. It appears that your message was sent from an email address that is not associated with your Payoneer account." even though I replied from the original email! Why is my email not recognized, even though I respond to email sent by Payoneer? Is there any way to contact a support representative who could help me?
