Can't connect my appen account to my payoneer

Hello! Recently I got accepted in Appen, but they request to connect to my payoneer, but everytime I tried to conected I got this message "Unable to associate this funding source with your existing account.". I emailed appen asking for help but their solution was created a new account, I tried, but Payoneer doesn't let me create a new one, also I don't want a new one, just want to link my Appen's to my payoneer.

Is it any solution I can do? I reached Payoneer support but no respond.

    "You submitted your Payoneer application, however, Payoneer has marked it inactive due to missing or additional information needed from you.

    Since you already submitted the application you can't submit a new one through the registration on your Appen Connect profile.

    You must contact Payoneer directly to determine what additional information they need from you to get your account active.

    Your account that is connected to Appen already is still under review on our end. You have submitted requested information on the 24th of June. Kindly wait anywhere from 3 to 5 business days for our department to review the information that was sent.
