My USD account balance is missing

hello sir,

firstly i am thankful to payoneer team because they are very helpful and supportive and help me to give me access to my payoneer account and i seen few balance in it but my magar amount was in USD which is not shown in my payoneer account its almost $490+ in it so i request to payoneer team again that please unable my USD account and show balance in it as shown last time in it. i am sure they will help me with this issue and i have one more problem which is i don't have bank account in pakistan so thats why i use my business partner bank account so please allow me to withdraw my fund to his account. i am sure you guys have good suggestion it for me.
