The worst, unresponsive service ever

I am in need of a payment merchant for my training business. some stupid suggested me to try Payoneer. Well, I thought ok, let's try before make it official payment system for my business (Thank God I did try). Initiated a payment from my account to a test account and proceeded 50$ of payment.
- In a moment, 50$ + Tax was deducted from my card (it's okay, it was supposed to)
- It said its gonna take 5-7 business days to process the payment. (kinda ok when you are dealing with training fee of 2500$)
- After freaking 7 days, it said payment declined, cant process the payment.
- And now, there is no clue where is my 50$ is.... (The Problem)
- Sent email to [email protected] and after a week, there is no even a reply! (The Bigger Problem)

I thank God that I faced this situation with myself on testing, not with an actual client.

Now What to do?

- I own a well-performing training business in Dubai. and really don't care about freakin 50$. What I care about are unresponsive support and thug policies.
- Forget that this ever happened (i have been mugged many times with far much amount of money and belongings)
- Make sure from my circle of people, nobody every joins Payoneer! (Ever)
