Help needed, Pending Transaction for 3 weeks!!

I have a pending transaction coming to my account for 3 weeks now, the thing is I have tons of emails between me and Payoneer customer services I have included VP operation manager and customer service manager in the e-mails but the situation doesn't change at all.

I already asked Payoneer customer service how to solve this situation as i can't get the exact requirements that they have asked for and told them that I can provide an HR letter to prove my connection with the payer and if the HR letter is useless I asked them to decline the transaction and close my account they replied last week that they will check with the relevant department if this will solve the issue or not.

I called the customer service twice which is an expensive international call to push up the situation and asked them to decline the transaction so I can get my money with another bank which I used to and NEVER got such a situation with it.

this money is essential for me and my family it is my monthly salary, you know what is funny that my workmates have an account with Payoneer and they got their money easily without facing this situation.

Please Help me with this issue with any possible way either to accept or decline the transaction so I can transfer it to my local bank ASAP.
