Multiple problems - CS no help at all

I recently tried to register for an account.

There were two problems.

I submitted a ticket about both of those issues - 200531-004886 - but instead of providing assistance, I received an email saying that I already had an account and a link to the password retrieval page.

Hadn't expected that.

Clicked the link to see what would happen. Took me to that page, and it included a partially masked mobile phone number. Not mine.

I most definitely do not have a payoneer account. Setting up a foreign bank account is the sort of thing I'd definitely remember and just to be sure, I did a "payoneer" search in my emails. There was nothing pre last month.

Not surprisingly there's no matching category for this kind of problem in your CS ticket submission system, but since potentially someone else had somehow managed to create an account attached to my email account, I went with the account has been hacked one, and provided all the relevant details. Ticket number = 200531-005997.

A useless auto-reply. I replied to that, as it instructs if you still need help. Haven't heard anything from CS since.

Live chat support requires an account. Which you think I have, but I don't.
