After submitting 2 tickets via your CS system and not getting any help, I posted here as a last resort.

I very clearly said I don't have an account yet.
You only offer phone or live chat support to account holders. You have to log in to access those.
Your response was to suggest that I submit a ticket - which I've already done twice - or contact CS via phone or live chat - which I can't do. Cos I don't have an account.
I'm ignoring your bizarre suggestion that I take this to Twitter or Facebook. I don't use them.
Then you closed the discussion making it impossible for me to reply to that.
I didn't post any private details about my case.
I did post the ticket numbers. Seeing payoneer staff here responding to CS complaints I figured you could pass those ticket numbers along to someone appropriate to follow up. You have my email address from the 2 tickets I submitted.
