My account appears to be restricted

Hi , how are you?i tried to change the password of my payoneer account because i forgot it. I recieved an email in that purpose but when i proceed i found that my account has been restricted.i sent them a message ,they sent me an auto reply with no steps to fellow.the option of calling or chatting with them is only possible after logging in which i'm not capable of

    Hi @slimany. At Payoneer, we regularly review customer activity in order to keep our payment platform safe for everyone. In a recent review of your account, we noticed that some of your activity has gone against our Terms and Conditions.

    As a regulated financial services business, we are required to stop offering our services in these circumstances, therefore you cannot use our services anymore. We advise that you do not send any additional payments to your account, as they will be declined.

    Hi,as you montioned above,the reason why my account was restricted is because my recent activities went against your terms and conditions whitch is not true because i did not do any kind of activities since the opening of my account in 30 Mai 2020.all i did was trying to get a new password since the old one was forgotten.
