Account Approval

I had applied for account approval before 24 May 2020. I received the message that my application is approved. But, when I transferred my funds, they are still pending.
When I contacted with Payoneer, they asked me to give more documents. Moreover, they asked justification regarding the mismatch of my name with the ID card. I submitted the CNIC and one legal document as proof and applied for a change of name as well. Because there was a real mistake in my name. I had only two documents to submit. because my all documents are in university and I can't bring them in a lockdown situation. I requested them to consider my documents and approve my account.
It has been two days more since I applied and have not received a response.
I don't know how much would it cause. I hope this would be solved this year. Every single reply from them needs a wait of 2 to 3 days. I am surprised by the service. Can anybody resolve my issue or it would take months to approve a single account?
I am sorry if I am behaving a bit rude, but I can't wait for more.

    I submitted my account registration application on 2nd June. Today it has been more than 8 days and my account is not yet approved. I have provided all the necessary verification documents including my national ID and Additional verification document of ID held. But I have still not received any email of account approval or any other-regarding email. I have some pending payments , please review and approve my application as soon as possible and update me respectively.

    My Customer ID is 38158857.
