Freelancer.com to payoneer using global payment service

hello, i want to withdraw funds from freelancer.com to payoneer using global payment service, there are some bank details i need to add like city/state, also do i have to use my address registered with payoneer on freelancer, where it says exactly like "Enter the account details exactly as it appears on your bank account."

    Hi, I have the same problem, I need the account details for Freelancer.com.
    I have sent messages to customer support for a week now, but no response. I've tried Payoneer social media too, but still no response!!
    Can you help me please?
