I can not add a bank account.
Hello! When adding a bank account, an error appears that one or more details have been entered incorrectly. Presumably wrong date of birth. I wrote to the support service, sent a copy of my passport, but the issue was not resolved. Until now, I used the card to withdraw funds, since May 27, 2020 the card is blocked. Can I check the date of birth in the account settings, or only using the support service? Tell me, please, how to solve my problem?
