Bank Account Status: Action Required

My bank account in Payoneer is showing action required. I have checked my email but no email from Payoneer requiring any documentation was found. My verification center also does not have any requirements from Payoneer. It has been more than a month since I opened my account. When will this issue be fixed? I am a freelancer and need my account ASAP. Thanks.
