Union bank Virtual Card

Can I use my Union Bank account even I don't have a physical card? I have a virtual card but I am thinking if I can use that to link to my Payoneer then withdraw the funds in there. Can someone help me about this?

    If you are eligible to withdraw the funds to your local bank account, you can do by adding your bank account via My Account.
