Can't log in | wrong mobile number | didn't receive any email

I made a payoneer account but I can't log in. When I clicked 'Forgot password' the RECOVERY MOBILE NUMBER ISN'T MINE and when I chose the email option, I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY EMAIL. I already tried it a lot of times up to the point of the account being locked but it's still the same. I already sent an email to customer service but there's no reply.

    If you submitted your request over to our support center, then you will need to kindly wait anywhere from 3 to 5 business days for them to reply back to you regarding your request.
