Payoneer card Didn't received and Payoneer is charging annual fee again.

Hi Payoneer! It has been more than a month since I ordered my card and I didn't receive any card from Payoneer yet. I ordered my card on the 26th of April and the estimated arrival was 1st of June, Now I am getting a notification from Payoneer that if I didn't make any transaction this month they would charge annual fee again but they charged that fee a month ago. What am I to do with it, Help me with your services otherwise I won't be using your services any longer. Thank you.
