$1500 held since 26 May(14 days) , i tried chat support and email with no solution

$1500 held for more than 14 days, i got asked to verify the payment source through submitting a screenshot from PayPal which i did but it got refused because " not enough information" then i tried chat support and my number in the queue was 120 i waited for all of them then finally when it was my turn i got kicked out from the chat service, i sent an email and waited for the 3 working days and received the reply below
"Hi my name is ***** from Payoneer Customer Care. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I apologize for any delays.
Please note that in order for us to proceed with the review on your pending payment, we need your help by providing the screenshot of payment that will explain more information of your payment from PayPal."
this response didn't solve my issue, i clearly asked for where do you want me to go inside paypal to get the screenshot you want??? this is my email Reference Number: 200602-012988
Please tell me where exactly to go inside PayPal don't reply to me with a general answer i already provided a transaction screenshot what else can i provide?? i can send the screenshot here if you want

Please provide what is requested from our department. They are asking for a screenshot that shows the payment information. This screenshot should be from the computer and showcasing the URL as well. If you are not sure, contact PayPal for further assistance.
