I am unable to link a funding source and Support is unresponsive

I have been trying to link Fiverr as a funding source to my new Payoneer account, but it's been a frustrating effort. I keep getting directed to speak with support. I have tried every means to get support to help with this problem, but they've been unresponsive. I am unable to chat them up directly because it's a new account, I've been getting auto-responses for my emails, and when I called, I was told that phone support isn't available for my account.

In desperation, I asked a friend to chat them up and get them to help with the situation. After being told that it's not part of their policy to respond to an inquiry done for a different account, they agreed that they could make an exception for my situation. On the 2 different occasions that the friend spoke with them, they promised to reach out and resolve the situation. At the end of the day, only one person reached out, and nothing has been done since her last response two days ago.

I am running out of options here. It's crazy because the only reason why I'm in this situation is because PayPal isn't available in Nigeria, I'd have ignored the unimpressive support I'm getting from the customer support long ago.

Is there anything that can be done to at least get customer support to help?

    Please be advised that with the email that you registered to make this account on the forums, we are not able to locate any funding sources linked to your Payoneer account. We recommend you contact Fiverr and ask for the Fiverr payee ID and then provide that to our support center via the link below so they can locate the account
