No Response from account approval department

sir its about 6,7 days. i need money urgent. so please i dropped messages to payoneer's customer support
around 3,4 times and no response from them :disappointed:
please please please approve it i need money its very urgent i have to pay my house rent

    Hi there. We can see that our team sent you an email on the 9th requesting further information to approve your account. Once the information is provided, usually it takes 3-5 business days for our approval department to review it and update you back.
