why i am getting "Currently the service does not support the selected payment route"

Hi, I am new here, I tried requesting for payment from a Mexico company and I get "Currently the service does not support the selected payment route".

What do I do to resolve this?

    Hi there. Requesting payments is subject to eligibility. Please note that you will need to receive a minimum of $5,000 in payments from companies before you can apply for the service. You can receive payments from mass payout companies that pay through Payoneer, or receive payments via the Global payment service.

    Once you receive $5,000 or more in payments, you will be able to begin requesting payments.
    Please note that payments received via Payoneer's Make a Payment service do not count towards the minimum.
