Bank account stuck at action required

Hello everyone,

My bank account is showing action required. I received no emails to provide further information. I've added the bank account weeks ago.
My verification center is showing nothing neither on Required nor in History.
I cannot delete it either so I'm basically stuck.

    We have let our department know that your account is still pending approval. They will perform a manual review to see what needs to be submitted . They will update you via email. Kindly wait for that update.
