Request Payment 1st time Setup

Good day guys. My Customer ID is ID17391964. I am trying to request payment and I already filled up my business profile. May I know if this has to be approved first before I can request my first payment? I am only getting to a screen now that says "Provide us with the documents listed below. Then start requesting payments.
Why we ask for these documents

However I am not able to click on anywhere to add or see the required documents.
