Where is my payment? Waiting 10 days, support is silent

My employer sent me the payment on June 1, 2020 to my Global Payment Service details (US local bank), but I haven't got the funds yet. Is there any way to know when the funds will come to my account? I've already created a support request (200609-007839) but haven't got any answer (2 business days already passed)
I am really stressed because of this. I've been using Payoneer for 2 years already and didn't have any problems. This situation really makes me feel like you neglect your customers and I am already thinking about less stressful ways to get paid from my client. Could anyone bother at least to answer what is happening?

    Can I request payment in usd from client located in the UK?

    Please be advised that you submit a request to our support center via email, response time can take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days. We recommend you give our support center a phone call or attempt a live chat. We do not offer assistance on this matter via our forums for security purposes.

    We also recommend you provide in the email you sent the payment ID or a screenshot of where you are supposed to receive the payment from.
