Where is my payment? Waiting 10 days, support is silent

My employer sent me the payment on June 1, 2020 to my Global Payment Service details (US local bank), but I haven't got the funds yet. Is there any way to know when the funds will come to my account? I've already created a support request (200609-007839) but haven't got any answer (2 business days already passed)
I am really stressed because of this. I've been using Payoneer for 2 years already and didn't have any problems. This situation really makes me feel like you neglect your customers and I am already thinking about less stressful ways to get paid from my client. Could anyone bother at least to answer what is happening?

    Good day support,

    I’m a Payoneer customer for years. I work with Humanatic Call Reviews which pays through PayPal.

    I have a payment pending for awhile now, can you help me please? It’s very hard during the pandemic we are facing where food, bills etc has to be handle. I check the verification center and I don’t have any requests outstanding.

    I’m asking for someone to look into this and help.

    I kinda have the same issue, I am a customer of Payoneer for years too and my payment has been in pending for days now. I really need access to the funds.
