Support is nowhere to be found

I am new to Payoneer and just opened my account. I need help clarifying some issues and support is nowhere to be found. Live chat gets closed automatically and whenever I post a question through the "contact us" page I get an automated response which doesn't answer my question and suggests going to the "contact us" page again.

It really makes me wonder if I should use Payoneer at all and I'm already considering closing the account.

    Hello,

    I've sent emails through your support center form and I'm only getting automated responses telling me if I'm not getting an appropriate answer I should contact you through your support center. Which is what I'm trying to do. My last reference number is 200611-010084.

    Your live chat doesn't work either.

    Please be advised that our prepaid card is subject to eligibility. This means that you will need a minimum of 30 USD in payments to be eligible for the card. Yes, we do order cards to Argentina.

    As to linking it to PayPal, it is possible, however you will need to first have a card with sufficient funds linked and verified on PayPal.
