Why is Payoneer not accepting my transaction from Fiver?

It has been a month since i connected my Fiver account to my Payphone account, I even got an email from Payoneer saying that i can now receive payments from Fiver but Whenever i click on the Payoneer Option on Fiver it shows the dialog " Waiting for Card Issues Approval ".

Please Help me on this as i earn only through Freelancing and all of my money is now stuck on my Fiver Account. Thank you in Advance.
