Urgent!!Need account of Community Federal Saving to link Payonner account with PayPal

I want to add new USD Community Federal Savings Bank account to my Payoneer account because my current isn't added and PayPal gave me error message with current USD account ( Sorry, we're unable to link that bank because it is disabled. Please try another bank.)
and I linked my credit card in my PayPal account
