Lost my account!

I have lost my account and tried too much to recover it but couldn't, also could not contact to the support team, no one is on live chat, no one is attending the calls, no reply on emails, disappointing costumer support, I need my account back I want to withdraw my damn money, should not have relied on Payoneer, costumer support is very very bad.

Hi there. What do you mean by "lost my account"? As we can see, you are entering the wrong phone number when trying to reset the password.

That's what exactly I'm saying I am not entering the wrong number, thats the right number but i dont know why its not recognizing my number? I see last digits 61 and my number is +923154109661 I'm sure about my number, I got messages on this number previously but now it's not recognizing it.1

@hunbal There seems to be a typo in the number as this is not the phone number that is registered on the account. Unfortunately, you will need to reach out to our support center directly, so they can help you regain access to your account. If you sent out an email, the response time is anywhere from 3 to 5 business days.
We recommend getting the reference number and submitting it to our social media pages via Facebook and Twitter for assistance, if you do not wait the standard response time.
