My accounts have mismatched currency

one of my payment (USD) is directly linkes to my bank account but my bank account was in TL. I could not delete/edit that funding so I send emails to support center before I got my payment to solve it beforehand. The money was sent to the wrong account then you asked some documents to prove. After that, my funding finallllyyy was linked to the right account (which I learned by myself because I have not received any email and no response under my requests.) Now, I have not received the money back. My ID: 23004407
