Payoneer does not allow me to add or remove bank accounts.

Hello, I live in Venezuela, I have had a payoneer account for a long time, I have my affiliated bank account and my documents verified. But for almost a year I have been writing to Payoneer and I am not getting a concrete answer, only automatic responses. Payoneer does not allow me to add new bank accounts or delete old ones, I simply cannot do anything. I know that Payoneer no longer works with banks in Venezuela, but I cannot add new banks or delete old ones. Nothing at all. I hope and someone can help me.![]( "")

    Hi there. As we can see on your account, our approval department explained to you via email that we need bank details of a different bank account from outside Venezuela. Check the email 200113-018229 sent in January. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Can you please help me? This is my situation:
    1. I opened my account on 06/12/2020. Since then, I haven't heard from you guys, no email, no request for verification documents.
    2. I am also in Venezuela, and also put the information for a Venezuelan Bank account, which you seem to not be working with anymore.
    3. I have a US Bank Account on my name, and I'd like to use that one as my bank account for my payoneer account.
    4. I can't delete or change the venezuelan bank account for my US bank account because it says it's still on review.
    5. My account will still be on review or on hold as long as I have the venezuelan bank account information. Right? So I'm in a loop. I can't change the bank account but you can't approve my account until I change it.

    Please help! Also, I have only recieved automated replies which haven't been helpful :(

    Please provide a back statement of the bank account you wish to add to our support center. They will receive the document and then manually add the bank. Please use the link below to contact them:
