Problem with balance transfer from old card to new card

Hello,

My old card was expired and i ordered new card. After receiving and activation of my new card its been more than a week still my balance is not transferred from my old USD card to new USD card. I am worried as i have to pay to my freelancers and its getting delayed. Do let me know whats wrong with my card?
